PURPOSE: To use the title device without an intense stimulation or fear feeling by mounting a control unit, a driver, a means for boosting the signal from the driver, a condenser and a terminal discharging the charged current of said condenser.

CONSTITUTION: A control unit 1 is connected to a 3V battery power supply 2 by a power switch 3 and a power-up condenser 4 and a resistor 5 are connected from the OSC output thereof in parallel to provide a driving transistor 6 and the boosting choke coil 8 connected to a high/low selection switch 7 is connected. A condenser 10 is charged with the current boosted by the choke coil 8 through a diode 9 and this current is discharged from the terminals 12, 12 in contact with the affected region through a transistor 11. Further, frequency is set by a Zener diode 13 setting a threshold value and the transistor 14 corresponding to PULES output and a mode is converted.
