To provide a fermented soybean filling apparatus which can increase productive efficiency.
This fermented soybean filling apparatus is equipped with a metering measure unit 10 having a plurality of metering measures 11A and 11B at a specified pitch, and a container carrying conveyor 60 which is arranged under the metering measures 11A and 11B and carries a container 61 arranged at the same pitch as the pitch of the metering measures 11A and 11B. The container carrying conveyor 60 is continuously driven at a constant speed. The metering measure unit 10 is provided to be reciprocatable in a direction in parallel with the carrying direction of the container carrying conveyor 60, and is driven so as to be reciprocative. The metering measure unit 10 is synchronously driven in the same direction as the container carrying conveyor 60, and at the same time, fills fermented soybeans filling the meter measures 11A and 11B into a container 61. The metering measure unit 10 returns to a synchronization starting position before the container 61 to be filled next moves to the synchronization starting position together with the metering measure unit 10 and the container carrying conveyor 60. At the same time, a specified amount of the fermented soybeans is measured for the metering measures 11A and 11B during the movement.
