This natural antioxidation functional pear and grape-mixed vinegar is produced by adding grapes containing the antioxidation functional components for progressing the antioxidation function through the pear vinegar production of two stage fermentation processes consisting of an alcohol fermentation process and acetic acid fermentation process, and sterilizing by irradiating an ionizing energy beam (gamma ray) on the pear and grape-mixed vinegar completed with the fermentation as a method for inhibiting an abnormal fermentation occurring in the fermentation process, to perform the sterilization of the highly functional natural fermentation vinegar and produce the natural antioxidation functional pear and grape-mixed vinegar capable of being preserved for a long period.
