PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substance that is effective against the cancers and the viruses to which the conventional tumor agents and virus agent are not sufficiently effective and has the carcinostatic action and the antiviral action to a variety of the resistant cancers with no side-effect or no trouble on the human normal cells.
