Abstract:
To provide a new natural killer stimulatory factor (NKSF) useful for treating tumor.
The invention relates to the method for producing the NKSF by culturing mammal or bacterial cells which are transformed using a specific DNA cooperatively functioning with an expression control sequence (a DNA encoding a protein having a specific amino acid sequence or one or several amino acids of the amino acid sequence are deleted, inserted and/or substituted). The factor has γ-interferon production inducing potential.
