Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material using natural leather, making use of superiority of natural leather to synthetic leather, such as drawing, texture, creasing, voluminous feeling, suppleness, touch, air permeability, and durability, and improved in weight and flexibility.SOLUTION: A natural leather laminate 10 is obtained by laminating and adhering in the order of natural leather 11 which has a thickness target value of 0.5 mm and a finish thickness of 40% increase or less, and whose flesh side is strained, a foaming type rubber sheet 12 which is generated by bringing a target value to 1.5 mm and a finish thickness to within 40% increase and 40% decrease, and a nylon jersey cloth 13 which is generated by bringing a thickness target value to 0.4 mm, and a finish thickness to within 40% increase and 40% decrease. In the natural leather laminate 10, the natural leather 11 is preferably cowhide.EFFECT: A bag without steps or bulkiness can be generated by cutting each member from the natural leather laminate 10, and abutting end surfaces 23 followed by sewing by picking machine-sewing 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
