Abstract:
To provide a natural stone plate with a hardened layer, in the front side of which natural stone plate, high-quality natural stone of the natural stone plate appears over an entire area, a rear side of which natural stone plate is bonded and fixed with a heat-resistant hardened layer to meet a demand for heat resistance and to reinforce strength of the natural stone plate, and further which natural stone plate can be made thinner, and also to provide a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided, a natural stone plate member 21 having a plate shape in which the natural stone appears over an entire area on one plate surface 21a, a fiber member 3 made of glass fibers disposed on the other plate surface 21b related to the natural stone plate member 21, and an inorganic curable adhesive 4 capable of impregnating gaps ε of the fiber member 3, wherein a cured layer 6 of the inorganic adhesive 7 that is impregnated and cured in the fiber member 3 and integrated with the fiber member 3 is bonded and fixed to the other plate surface 21b related to the natural stone plate member 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
