Abstract:
To provide a natural wood decorative face material which can be bent and bonded to a core material having various surface shapes while preventing cracking and tearing of natural wood sliced veneer, and can be stored for a long time regardless of before and after bending, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A natural wood decorative face material 1, which is bent and bonded to a surface of a core material 101 of a woody composite material 100, comprises: a sliced veneer member 10 having a natural wood sliced veneer 11; a reinforcement sheet 20 which has a synthetic resin base material layer 210, is laminated on a rear face of the sliced veneer member 10 via a first adhesive layer 40, and prevents cracking and tearing of the natural wood sliced veneer 11 when bending; and a base plate 30 on a rear dace of which a bending groove 31 is formed, and which is laminated on a face of the reinforcement layer 20 on a side opposite to the sliced veneer member 10 via a second adhesive layer 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
