CONSTITUTION: A fuel supply ship 1 is provided with a transponder 3 and a processing device 4, navigating information of the fuel supply ship 1, that is to say, a bearing signal and a ship speed signal are inputted to the processing device 4, and also each hull interval to both target ships 2, which is measured by the fuel supply ship of the own ship is also inputted to the processing device 4. A direction change instruction and an increase/decrease speed instruction of the fuel supply ship 1 are recognized by a sound recognizing device 5, are inputted to the processing device 4 and are processed, and they are set to the transponder 3. By a radar antenna 6 provided on each target ship 2, communication is executed with the transponder 3 of the fuel supply ship 1.
