PURPOSE: To easily sail other ship along movement of the own ship, by setting the navigating information of its own ship and the command information of a direction change, and increase and decrease of a speed of its own ship, to a transponder, and transferring both the navigating information and the command information through a radar, to other ship sailing in a line with its own ship.
CONSTITUTION: A fuel supply ship 1 is provided with a transponder 3 and a processing device 4, navigating information of the fuel supply ship 1, that is to say, a bearing signal and a ship speed signal are inputted to the processing device 4, and also each hull interval to both target ships 2, which is measured by the fuel supply ship of the own ship is also inputted to the processing device 4. A direction change instruction and an increase/decrease speed instruction of the fuel supply ship 1 are recognized by a sound recognizing device 5, are inputted to the processing device 4 and are processed, and they are set to the transponder 3. By a radar antenna 6 provided on each target ship 2, communication is executed with the transponder 3 of the fuel supply ship 1.
