Abstract:
To provide a navigation device, a map data editing device and a route search method capable of preventing a route from being searched that passes through a road section where traveling detouring a point where entry prohibited traffic restriction information is set, is restricted.SOLUTION: The navigation device comprises: an entry prohibited node detection unit 22 for detecting an entry prohibited node where entry prohibited traffic restriction information is set; a road line detection unit 23 for detecting a plurality of road links for cascade connection from the entry prohibited node between prescribed sections where restriction of traveling can be estimated; and a restriction information setting unit 24 for setting traveling restriction information to the detected plurality of road links. By conducting a search assuming that a plurality of road links where the traveling restriction information is set are the sections subjected to restriction, it is made difficult that a section subjected to restriction that is cascaded from a node where the entry prohibited traffic restriction information is set would be selected as a route.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
