To provide a navigation device guiding a pregnant woman or child passenger in case of emergency to an appropriate facility.
The navigation device is provided with: a present position detection means for detecting the present position of a vehicle, a target point setting means for setting a target point; a map data memory means for storing map data including the facility information; a passenger setting means for setting the condition of a passenger riding the vehicle; a route guiding means for searching and guiding the route to the target point based on the conditions set by the passenger setting means; a display means for displaying the route and the facility information; an emergency condition input means for inputting the emergency condition of the passenger; and a facility search means for searching the hospital facility around the present position from the map data memory means in accordance with the input of the emergency condition input means. The navigation device displays the hospital facility searched by the facility search means, on the display means, and guides by searching the route to the hospital facility by the route guiding means.
