PURPOSE: To provide a navigation display device which is excellent in portability, inexpensive and good in operability.
CONSTITUTION: A navigation display device is provided with an antenna 10, a position measuring means having a receiver 11 and a present position computing device 12, and a display means to display the present position together with the mapping information in an overlapping manner. The display means is provided with a mapping data storage device 13 to store the mapping data on a plurality of mapping sheets where the mapping information is printed, a mapping sheet supplying device 15 to store a plurality of mapping sheets and to execute the positioning of the mapping sheet corresponding to the present position to the specified display position, a display 16 to display the present position on the positioned mapping sheet in an overlapping manner, and a display control device 14 to control the mapping sheet supplying device 15 and the display 16 basing on the present position obtained by the position-measuring means and the mapping data stored in the mapping data storage device 13.
