To provide a method of detecting a changed condition within a geographical space from a moving vehicle.

Images of the geographic space are memorialized in association with GPS coordinates together with the GPS coordinates. The same geographic space is traversed by the moving vehicle while accessing the GPS coordinates of a route. Memorialized images 16 are played back by coordinating the GPS data on the memorialized images with the GPS data of the traversed geographic space such that the memorialized images 16 are viewed simultaneously with images of the geographic space being traversed 15. An observer traveling within the moving vehicle compares the memorialized images 16 with the images of the space being traversed 15 to identify changed conditions.
