When obtaining the present position of a vehicle via a GPS module 12, a process control part 16 judges, from the relationship of the present position of the vehicle and a guide route, whether or not a guide to a receiving terminal 3 is necessary to be indicated. When the guide indication is judged as necessary, the process control part 16 generates predetermined control data and supplies the data to a transmission process part 14. The transmission process part 14 generates control signals from the obtained control data and transmits the control signals via a transmitting antenna 13 to the receiving terminal 3. A reception process part 32 supplies demodulated control data to a control part 33 when receiving control signals via a receiving antenna 31. The control part 33 judges the validity of the obtained control data and then vibrates a vibration unit 34 according to the obtained control data.
