The route bar 90 is a linear bar display and displays intersections closer than a prescribed distance from the present location on a linear route 91 according to distances. At this time, the intersections 92-94 are each displayed by a different color depending on whether they are guidance intersections or nonguidance intersections and whether they have lane information or not.
