Abstract:
To transmit an accurate required link passing time, and to reduce a transmission load.
This system is provided with a destination setting means for setting a destination, a measuring means for measuring a time required for passing a navigation link as the required link passing time, a transmission means for transmitting the measured required link passing time to a center, and a judging means for judging whether a vehicle reaches the periphery of the destination or not. The transmission means is constituted not to transmit the required link passing time to the center, when the vehicle is judge to arrive at the periphery of the destination, by the judging means.
