Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system having excellent operability.
SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a joy stick 2 capable of executing three motions, namely, tilting (arrow marks 22a-22h) to the plural directions determined beforehand, rotation (arrow marks 21a, 21b) around an axis 20, and pressing (arrow mark 23) in the axis 20 direction. Therefore, many navigation functions can be assigned to the operations of the joy stick 2, to thereby reduce the number of switches of a remote controller or an operation panel part compared with preceding technologies.
