To provide a navigation system capable of guiding a terminal carrier to a destination by a simple system without using GPS or an exclusive center system.
This navigation system comprises a plurality of fixed radio communicators 10, and a portable radio communicator 20 for receiving a radio wave from each fixed radio communicator 10. Each fixed radio communicator 10 transmits a radio wave discriminable from other fixed radio communicators 10', and the portable radio communicator 20 has a receiving means for receiving the radio wave, a radio wave incoming direction detection means for detecting the incoming direction of the radio wave, and a radio wave intensity detection means for detecting the intensity of the radio wave. In the navigation system, a destination desired by a user carrying the portable radio communicator 20 is presented from position information of the fixed radio communicator 10 transmitting the received radio wave and the incoming direction of the received radio wave.
