Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NC data preparation system reducing man-hours and a machining period to completion of finish machining.
SOLUTION: This NC data preparation system comprises a main system 1 setting rough machining conditions on the basis of user input, setting finish machining conditions on the basis of user input, executing finish machining path calculation, and outputting NC data that are calculation result to a machining center; and a sub-system 2 connected to the main system 1, executing rough machining path calculation on the basis of the rough machining conditions, and delivering a simulation result of rough machining NC data to the main system 1 and the machining center. The machining center executes the machining according to the NC data from the main and sub-systems 1, 2.
