Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NC helical broaching machine capable of preventing the occurrence of twisting in a broach itself and improving machining precision in the broaching machine capable of pushing up a workpiece by a ram and performing broach machining of the workpiece by rotating and driving the broach in a workpiece moving shape.
SOLUTION: In the broaching machine 1 capable of pushing up the workpiece 5 by the ram 10 and performing broach machining of the workpiece by rotating and driving the broach 4 in the workpiece moving shape, the workpiece and the ram are moved in the vertical direction (Y-axis) by rotating a front handle 41 and a rear handle 42 of the broach 4 in synchronization by an NC device.
