Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain the simple, quick and safe operations with an NC machine tool by using a forcible drive means which forcibly turns on a solenoid valve for drive of actuator and can move a part to be controlled into a safe drive area. CONSTITUTION:The emergency stop is applied to an NC machine tool if the abnormality like a trouble, etc., occurs during a normal operation. Then the machine tool does not start automatically even though the trouble factor is deleted since an interlock is working. In such a case, an external command set previously is given to an NC device 2 by a manual data input means 1. Thus the device 2 gives a command to a heavy current board 3 to forcibly turn on a solenoid valve 4. Then the value 4 is turned on and a part to be controlled is ready to be shifted into a safe drive area. Thus the NC machine tool is reset to an operation state from the emergency stop state. Therefore a normal operation state can be reset just with a command given from a control panel in the case of an emergency stop. As a result, the simple, quick and safe operations are ensured with the NC machine tool.
