Title:
NEAR INFRARED RAY IMAGE PICKUP DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5986973
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To execute a distinct image pickup under the optimum image pickup condition at all times by detecting the energy quantity of light which is radiated from a light source and is reflected from an image pickup object, and controlling the near infrared exposure quantity of a camera to the optimum.

CONSTITUTION: A near infrared crime prevention monitoring device 14 in which a near infrared ray emitting lamp 12 and a near infrared camera 13 having sensitivity in the near infrared area are incorporated is installed, and the near infrared ray emitting lamp 12 is lighted. In this state, an invader 2 is illuminated by the near infrared ray emitting lamp 12, and this reflected ray is received by a near infrared proper system 15 fitted to the monitoring device 14. The near infrared proper system 15 controls automatically the light emitting quantity of the near infrared ray emitting lamp 12 or an aperture of the near infrared camera 13 so that the exposure quantity of the near infrared camera 13 becomes proper.
