To predict an occurrence of a near-miss.SOLUTION: A near-miss prediction system includes an information processing device (1) for acquiring first information on a state of the body of a worker during work and second information including an occurrence time of a near-miss, and a server device (8) for constructing a prediction model for predicting an occurrence of a near-miss by machine learning using teacher data extracted on the basis of the first information and the second information, either one of the information processing device or the server device includes an extraction part (801) for extracting partial information within a prescribed period before the occurrence time of the near-miss in the first information, and the server device constructs a prediction model with the partial information extracted by the extraction part as the teacher data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
