To provide a neck cover which is used with a sleeping bag to prevent the sleeping bag from being stained by the exhalation of a user, body fat and the friction of beard or the like and also improves the availability of the sleeping bag.

The neck cover has a structure that a plurality of clips (2) are attached to the peripheral edge part of cloth (1). The cloth (1) is put on a part to be made in contact with the face of the user at a sleeping bag opening in the shape of covering the edge of the sleeping bag, and the cloth constituting the sleeping bag is clipped and fixed with the clips (2). Thus, the direct contact of the face of the user with the sleeping bag is prevented.
