Abstract:
To provide a neck-cut bolt capable of reliably shearing a head at the time of fastening, and further capable of more reducing a generation amount of scrap than conventional arts.SOLUTION: A neck-cut bolt is formed with a head 13 at the upper end of a shaft part 10 via a constricted part 15 serving as a shear surface 16. It is characterized in that a recess 17 having a depth of allowing it to pass through the shear surface 16 is formed from the upper surface of the head 13. The head 13 can be miniaturized to reduce an amount of scrap of the head 13 that is separated at the time of fastening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
