Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a neck wear free from the necessity of retying once tied to a proper length unless the wearing person has an intention to change the tying length. CONSTITUTION: The connection part 15 of the objective neck wear is a small hard flat plate. The 1st connection part supports a cloth and is provided with an elastic device. The 2nd connection part also supports the cloth and is provided with a device for joining the elastic device of the 1st connection part. Each of the 1st and the 2nd connection parts is connected to the respective part 17, 19 of the necktie cloth. The necktie cloth composed of two parts can be tied as it is around the neck of the wearing person while keeping a tied knot furnished with a decoration desired by the wearing person. The necktie can be removed while leaving the tied knot as it is simply by disengaging the connection part.
