To provide a necktie easy to wear which replaces a small swordlike part with a decorative string so as to show a part of the string on a large swordlike part and also causes a change in the shape of the knot, hence creating designing effect unavailable in the prior art.

The necktie comprises the large swordlike part 1, the knot 2 which is previously formed and integrated with the large swordlike part 1 and the decorative string 3 around the neck. An insertion path 6 is so formed in the knot 2 as to get at least one of both end parts of the decorative string 3 inserted through it vertically. At least one pair of insertion slits 4 and 5 for inserting the end of the decorative string 3 inserted through the insertion path 6 and then pulled out is formed in the large swordlike part 1 piecing the front and back of it.
