Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a one-direction needle ring by simply using only one-direction needle ring without introducing a large facility in needle punch processing in order to form a non-woven fabric.SOLUTION: As a needle-punch needle can penetrate a fiber web and has cutout parts 6, 7 capable of catching a structure fiber of the fiber web during penetration, structure fibers can be three-dimensionally interlaced with each other. The needle-punch needle has a cutout part 6 in forward direction as well as a reverse cutout part 7 that can catch the structure fiber of the fiber web and three-dimensionally interlace the structure fibers with each other when moving in returning direction after penetration in insertion direction into the web. The reverse cutout part 7 has 60 degree to 90 degree or less of cutout angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
