Title:
NEEDLE PUSHING MOVEMENT CONTROL DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH01314746
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To accurately form a weaving pattern by enabling to control the pushing movement of needles even when an electromagnetic actuating section is separated from a forward or backward driving section and stopping the electromagnetic actuating section to stably impart accurate signals.

CONSTITUTION: The switching walls 21 and supporting walls 25 of a forward or backward moving member are received only in a number of the longitudinal rows of warps in a casing body 20 reciprocating in the arrow direction at positions opposing to the needle 12 group of a Jacquard machine. Working shafts 27 moving forward or backward in penetrating holes 22 and 26 are fit into coil springs 31 and 32 and members 28 between projecting bodies 34 and the coil springs 32 are magnetized with solenoids 35. When the casing bodies 20 are moved forward, the opening portions of communicating holes 24 are opened and steel balls 30 are transferred to the penetrating holes 22 by the entering of the needles 12 whereby the pushing movement of the needles 12 is not carried out. The working shafts not magnetized with the solenoids 35 constrain the positions of the steel balls on the side of the penetrating holes and the needles 12 are moved.
