Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device for performing the automatic high-speed needle-suture assembling.
SOLUTION: The electronic control device comprises a storage means to store the lower fracture threshold and the upper fracture threshold, a swaging means capable of adjusting the swage deformation in response to first and second signals and swaging an operational needle suture receiving terminal around the suture, a means to obtain the fracture value of an n-th sample for a swage-bond part by carrying out the tensile fracture-inspection of each n-th needle of a plurality of successively arranged needles, and a comparator means which compares the fracture value of each n-th sample with the lower fracture threshold, and gradually increases the first signal for the subsequent needles to gradually increase the swage deformation so that the fracture value of the n-th sample is higher than the lower fracture threshold.
