Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the extent of lubricating ability, by producing a needle valve with such a material in which fluororesin powder is mixed in synthetic resin.
CONSTITUTION: A needle valve 1 is provided with a valve body part 3 and a socket part 2, and solidly molded by synthetic resin consisting of such one that mixes fluororesin powder as much as a weight part of 1W40 in a weight part of 100 of polyoxymethylene. As for fluororesin powder, more than one kind of powder of tetrafluoroethylene resin, copolymer resin of tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene, copolymer resin of tetrafluoroethylene- par-phloroalkylvinylester, etc., are used. Thus, lubricating ability is improvable and, what is more, abrasion resistance is improved as well.
