To provide a press die with which a work the top face, both side faces and one end face of which are closed is accurately worked in one stage into a bag-like work which is made so as to close the bottom face by inward forming the lower parts of both side faces and one end face of the work.

This die is a negative angle forming die for working the bag-like work the top face, both side faces and one end face of which are closed and only the other end face of which is opened and the negative angle forming die for working the bag-like work is operated so that the work the top face, both side faces and one end face of which are closed is supported by turning a horizontal rotary cam which is turned on the horizontal plane from the horizontal direction, the bottom face is closed by inward forming the lower parts of the both side faces and one end face of the work inward by entering a forming punch and the work is worked into a bag shape by retreating the horizontal rotary cam and the forming punch.
