Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative electrode for a lithium ion secondary cell, as well as a binder for it, which comprises a carbon material containing graphite and allows PC to be used as an electrolyte. SOLUTION: Among X-ray parameters acquired by a method of Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, a carbon material whose d002 is 0.3370 nm or less is used as a part of an active material, while a polymer material whose surface energy γS is 30 mJm-2 or more is used as a binder.
