Abstract:
PURPOSE:To support a diaphragm in the good displacement and to enhance reliability, by providing a guide bar to be slidably arranged in a guide part, formed in a housing, further a guide plate, formed in the other end of the guide bar, to be adaptably arranged to a holding plate of the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:In a fixed speed running condition of an automobile, an outflow amount of air from inside a pressure chamber 243 is controlled by a control valve 215. For instance, if a negative pressure in the pressure chamber 243 increases, a diaphragm 231 is displaced to the right. This displacement, which is transmitted through transmission means 241, 125, 131, accelerator pedal 115 and a transmitting means 121 to a throttle valve 113 provided to be arranged in an intake pipe 111, controls the opening of the throttle valve 113. That is, the opening of the throttle valve 113 is controlled by controlling the control valve 215 and an atmosphere introducing valve 141. Here the displacement of the diaphragm 231 is supported by a guide bar 155 and a guide part 153, accordingly the diaphragm 231 is prevented from a substantial change of movement.
