Abstract:

To provide a method for controlling Meloidogyne by controlling the cell polarity of Meloidogyne.

The growth of Meloidogyne is inhibited by finding out POS-1 protein which is related to the cell polarity of Meloidogyne and suppressing the expression of a gene encoding the protein by RNAi.
