In the inverter circuit 30, a high voltage with a high frequency based on the oscillation signal is outputted, and in a high voltage current control circuit 70, the current is adjusted at the time when the high frequency high voltage outputted from the inverter circuit 30 is outputted to a neon tube. Then, a moving speed of a ball pattern light emitted in the neon tube is varied by the adjustment of the variable resistor VR1, and the size of the ball pattern light emitted in the neon tube is varied by the adjustment of the variable resistors VR2, VR3.
