To provide a net handling unit, capable of conducting highly risky net handling operation by which heavy labor is forced, by using horizontal rollers and traction rollers mounted on both sides thereof, and therefore capable of increasing safety in the operation and capable of realizing personal saving, by handling and folding nets in good order, properly arranging the nets, and stacking the nets.
This net handling unit is so structured that a roller frame is suspended, to be freely rotated and tilted in the right and the left directions, on the top of a crane unit which is positioned on a rear part of a bridge of a ship body to be freely tilted and rotated, wherein a plurality of the horizontal rollers which are coupled with each other through universal joints, freely rotated by hydraulic motors, pressed by press rollers positioned above the horizontal rollers, and arranged so as to be bent in the direction of the bow, are attached to the roller frame, and further traction parts composed of guide rollers attached to L-shaped arms and the traction rollers to be freely rotated are attached to the ends of the roller frame, respectively, so that the L-shaped arms are each mounted on each of the ends of the roller frame to be freely tilted.
