To obtain a net-like sheet capable of maintaining light-shielding properties and light resistant properties for a long period by sealing both faces of a metal foil with thermoplastic resin sheets and knitting or weaving the obtained tape yarn of the metal foil having a specific width and strength.
The objective net-like sheet is obtained by sealing both faces of a metal foil with a thermoplastic resin sheet and/or a surface-protecting agent, and knitting or weaving the obtained tape yarn of the metal foil having 2.3-25 mm width and at least 450 g per peace of the tape yarn. The objective net-like sheet can be also obtained by sealing both faces of the metal foil with the thermoplastic resin sheet and/or the surface-protecting agent, and knitting or weaving the obtained tape yarn of the metal foil having 2.3-25 mm width and at least 450 g per sheet of the tape yarn with other fibers. The strength of the tape yarn of the metal foil can be stronger than that of the single metal foil in the before net-like sheet.
