To provide a net sheet for cushioning which has not only cushioning function but also stretching and gas permeability to some extent and is convenient for handling such as mounting on a harvesting box and removal from it and putting in order and storage when it is not used.

The net sheet for cushioning is a sheet body of a foamed net and two sheets of the net sheets piled up in such a way that each of longitudinal directions is in the same direction are bonded together so as to be relatively rotatable to exhibit at least a cross-shape around each of the central sites as a center.
