PURPOSE: To prevent adhesion of marine living organisms to a net structural article without using a toxic material by forming the net structural article with an electrically conductive material coated or impregnated by an electrically conductive coating composed of an electrically conductive filler and organic filler.
CONSTITUTION: A conductive fishing net rope 2 constituting a fishing net 1 is formed out of an electrically conductive, material coated or impregnated by an electrically conductive coating composed of a conductive filler (e.g., carbon powder) and organic binder (e.g., resin such as vinyl). The surface of fishing net 1 is covered with a membrane containing dense stainproof active ingredient by sending direct current to a cathode 4 arranged in the sea using the above- mentioned fishing net 1 as an anode.
