Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system constitutional information acquiring method for managing network constitutional information constituted of apparatus, lines, etc., by using various formats and efficiently providing the information.
SOLUTION: A server part 1001 is provided with: an RDB management part 1002 for storing information such as apparatus constituting a network 1000 to be managed by a table format; a data conversion part 1005 for converting data stored in the RDB management part 1002 into data of a directory format and storing the data of the directory format in a DDB management part 1003; and a user information preparation part 1006 for preparing user information 1013 indicating a block diagram including the display coordinates, etc., of the apparatus or the like from the data stored in the DDB management part 1003 and storing resultant information into a user information storing part 1004. A terminal part 1015 is provided with: a means for retrieving/displaying table data from the RDB management part 1002; a means for acquiring the user information 1013 and displaying the acquired information as an icon; and a means for retrieving/displaying the management information of the apparatus or the like from the DDB management part 1003.
