PURPOSE: To receive a control signal between each actuator so as to expedite and ensure energizing/extinguishing control by providing a means that can be increased or decreased on a network, or a branch or a connection device that can be connected to the network, on a constituent that is linked to the network that is constructed in the shape of a star or of a loop.

CONSTITUTION: An actuator 20 that has a control part comprising a valve mechanism 52, an input/output circuit 54, a detector 56, a driving device 58, and of a calculator 60, is connected by a looped air supply tube route 22. An address as well as a data signal from a computer CPU are received between a control part of each actuator 20 through a connection device 90, a branch device 88, and of a looped optical fiber 32. An energizing/extinguishing control of the actuator 20 can thus be performed promptly and assuredly.
