To solve the problem wherein some application becomes unavailable if a special input signal pattern is selected in order to maintain a power saving status, while the power saving status cannot be maintained for a long time if an input signal pattern available to all of application is selected.
Aiming at time zones used by users, setting is made for a time zone used by general users frequently to respond to even an input signal pattern transmitted by application used by general users, and for a time zone such as night when general users do not use to respond to only a special bit pattern. Accordingly, two conflicting problems, adding no modification to application used by the general users and maintaining the power saving status for a long time, can be solved based on the setting based on time zones. The power saving status can be maintained effectively by establishing a time zone when an electrical input of a special pattern is only responded at the time zone when the general user does not use, while there is no need to add a modification to application to respond to the electrical input of the special pattern for a time duration used by the general users.
