To solve problems in a sales system in which cooking and a home delivery are carried out at each store, wherein it takes long time from an order to a home delivery if orders are concentrated on one store, and a commodity discarding cost arises, as cooked commodities, when the order is canceled, are discarded at the stores which received the order.

When each store has received an order of a home delivery from a customer (S31), a host computer 10 determines whether the store having received the order for a home delivery has room for the cooking at the store or the home delivery by the store of the ordered commodity (S32). When the store having received the order is determined at the step 32 to have no room for the cooking or the home delivery of the ordered commodity, the host computer 10 determines other stores having room for a cooking (S33). When the host computer 10 determines the presence of the store having room for the cooking of the step 33, the host computer 10 asks the cooking of the ordered commodity to the store determined at the step 33 (S34).
