To decrease the number of parts and to reduce the circuit scale by preparing a state value updating means to update the state value that changes over aging based on the link attribute defined between its own node and its adjacent node to plural nodes and adding a register to the state value updating means to hold the state value of an adjacent node to every node.
A state value updating means generates and updates the state value that secularity changes to plural nodes in response to designation of an originating node and a destination node and based on the state value of its own node held at a state value holding part DFF, the state value of an adjacent node held by a shift register SFTRGT and the link attribute defined between its own node inputted from a cost matrix and an adjacent node. Then a shift register is placed in 1:1 to every node without preparing the shift registers for every combination of full nodes existing at both ends of a link to hold the past state value of the adjacent node for the case that the state value is updated.
