Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system and a reader by which data of each department can be managed by utilizing the reader connected to a network.
SOLUTION: When clients 1, 6 request a reader 4 or 5 to read data, the reader 4 or 5 figures out a department to which the clients 1, 6 being request sources belong, read requested data and transfers the data to the clients 1, 6. The reader 4 or 5 after that transmits information relating to a department requesting the reading and the number of read data or the like to a management terminal 2 as a mail. The management terminal 2 receives the mails from the readers 4, 5, analyzes them and collects the number of read data for each department and transmits the collected data to a manager at a prescribed time.
