An intercom 1 is provided with input devices of a camera, a microphone, a button and an output device of a loudspeaker, when the button is depressed by a visitor, the intercom 1 performs photography of an image by the camera and input of voice by the microphone and transmits the image and the voice to an operation panel 11. In addition, the intercom 1 transmits the image and the voice also to a home server 2. On the other hand, the home server 2 which receives the image and the voice recognizes a sensor 3 which senses a user 6 via a LAN 100, selects video and audio equipment (for example, a personal computer 5a) associated with the sensor 3 as the data transfer destination and transfers the image and the voice received from the intercom 1 to the selected video and audio equipment via the LAN 100.
