CONSTITUTION: The information processor includes a neuron unit N for outputting an output (y) based upon inputs X0 to Xn and a threshold θ, a bias unit part 50 having at least one bias unit B and outputting the threshold θto the unit N based upon threshold weight W obtained from the unit B and a bias unit control part, which is constituted so as to output the threshold weight W exceeding the limit L of one bias unit B from the bias unit part 50.
