PURPOSE: To execute the processing at a high speed by executing color coding of plural neurons to those which can be processed simultaneously and other ones so that the parallel processing can be executed at every cluster.

CONSTITUTION: The neural network is constituted so that plural pieces of neurons, an address bus for transferring the address data in which an output of each neuron is an element, and a control means are provided, each neuron is provided with a crossbar switch, a memory such as a RAM, and a control gate, and the control means can execute the control so that the neurons subjected to color coding are processed successively, and also, the neurons of the same cluster are processed simultaneously.
