PURPOSE: To facilitate the wiring of a neuron simulation circuit by providing a vibration generator and a vibration detector to the output part and the input part of each neuron unit respectively and securing the connection between the output and input parts via an elastic body.
CONSTITUTION: An elastic body 9 functions to improve the transmission of vibrations and at the same time the vibrations generally includes various frequency components. Thus plural oscillating waves, i.e., signals can be transmitted among the neuron units 6 via a single substance 9. A vibration generator 8 is provided at the output part of the unit 6 to generate the vibrations accordant with the output of the unit 6 for input/output of signals. At the same time, a vibration detector 10 is provided at the input part of the unit 6 to detect only the necessary vibrating waves. In such a constitution, a signal transmission line is simplified with use of the elastic body 9 for transfer of signals between layers of a network constitution. Then the wiring of a neural simulation circuit is facilitated.
